This worksheet gives you all the key information that you need to set challenging
targets for each pupil in the class/year group:
Test results (levels) for KS1 and optional SATs for Years 3, 4, 5.
KS2 predictions (lower quartile, mean and upper quartile), based on
the pupil’s KS1 Average Points Score and derived from national data.
The percentage of pupils, nationally, who achieve each KS2 level, based
on a range of KS1 average points, eg 16 to 18 points.

Fischer
Family Trust forecasts, if your school uses this data, showing the estimated
level and the probability of achieving Levels 4 or 5. (You can choose between
the four Fischer forecasts A, B, C, D by clicking on the drop-down list.)
Pupil targets
are entered (as levels) in the boxes in the middle of the screen. When
complete, clicking on the ‘Enter/Next’ button
will store these targets and automatically move to the next pupil.
Additional pupil details
Clicking on the ‘Pupil Details’ button produces this box, from
which you can check the pupil’s birthdate, time at school, eligibility
for FSM, etc.

You can switch to the school KS2 targets at any time by clicking on the button in the blue panel, at the left-hand edge of the window.
