This worksheet gives you access to the following key information to help you to analyse KS2 results for the selected year group:
| Targets, forecasts (including Fischer estimates, if available) and results for all pupils in the group. | |
| The percentage of pupils who achieved Level 4+ and Level 5 in the
KS2 results, compared with the target and forecast percentages. |
|
| A facility to highlight the results in various ways (eg results against targets) to make comparisons easier. For instance, selecting ‘target borderline 3A/4C’ will show, for each pupil, whose results match this criterion. | |
| A facility to sort the list in various ways: for instance, sorting by ‘English – Result’ will bring all the Level 5 English scores to the top; sorting by ‘English – Result/forecast’ will bring to the top all those who have exceeded their forecasts, whatever level they have achieved. |

Table summary
Clicking on the ‘Table summary’ button produces this pop-up,
which shows at a glance the number achieving each level, by subject,
or the number of pupils whose results are above, equal to or below targets
or forecasts.
